This is a wonderful Plug-and-Play mic for the price. The build quality and sound are excellent. I've had to install software for the mic to eliminate background sound, but I'm also 3 feet away from an AC window unit. The arm works well, swings and holds where it should. The arm feels a bit cheap, but it's still holding well, so no complaints. Well worth the buy. The USB cord has both a USB A and C option as well

Honestly, it’s a well made solid microphone for the price . It was well packaged and easy to put together. The arm is strong enough as long as you don’t mess with it a lot . The mounting can be a problem due to the clamp size but for me the stability was great. My friends says I sound crispy which is good but haven’t fully tested out if it captures background noise . For compatibility it was pretty easy to connect just need to check settings on your console to make sure . It comes with only one wire management strap thing to wrap the wire nice and tight , you might need to buy like 2-4 more though. You can connect a AUX cable , change LED color , adjust volume , and mute on the microphone.

I decided to try my hand at streaming again but didn't want to shell out 200$ for equipment again not knowing if I'd stick with it. Did some research, watched some reviews and settled on this one the Fifine AM8. Honestly I did not have super high expectations because it came with a boom arm and the mic for like 60 bucks total? Most sub 100$ mics on amazon just aren't very high quality, but boy was I mistaken with this one. Out of the box this mic was crystal clear with vocal quality and super easy to start using. It didn't come with any proprietary drivers or software which normally some might have issues with but I use OBS and customize the nitty gritty stuff with filters and settings inside of OBS so I wasn't missing anything. I’m honestly really impressed with my FIFINE microphone. It exceeded my expectations for the price. The sound quality is super clear and crisp, with very little background noise, which makes it perfect for things like gaming, streaming, recording, or even just talking with friends. It was also really easy to set up, I didn’t have to deal with anything complicated, it basically worked right away which I loved. The build feels sturdy and not cheap at all, and it looks really nice on my setup too. What surprised me the most is how professional it sounds compared to more expensive microphones. If you are a streamer and looking for a Dynamic Microphone on a budget this one will not let you down! It has great sound quality for the price and both XLR and USB-C options sound great. The only complaint from me is that I am not a big fan of the tap to mute style. I prefer a button mute but that's just me. The build is encased in a plastic shell while the pop filter (which seems to be very high quality material that's not just a standard foam) covers a aluminum? or metal grill. I am not a huge fan of RGB on products but I do agree it is an attractive feature if you have a nice setup. Now the glaring issue is not the Microphone itself but the desk mount arm that comes with it.
