Pretty non stick and easy to clean

Bought in October '25 and just got around to use (Jan/'26) on gas burner. It's really non stick, very evenly cooked a grilled cheese w/ham and so easy to clean off. I did butter coat one entire side and had slivers of butter on top of sandwich for flip-over. Handles normal size bread slices or if elongated, but if a very thick sandwich - not so sure. There's really no need to separate but if so, just stand on it's side to maneuver top spokes back into slots. I lucked out with timing the flip over, so keep that in mind. It's a keeper for me.
