These vitamins are great. No complaints.. other than the fact that you still will get the fish burps and it does definitely have a peppermint flavor when you swallow them. I think we’ve noticed higher energy and feeling better.. probably overall a lot better than regular vitamins. I’ve heard they absorb more thoroughly.
High quality multivitamin. Much better than "off the shelf". Nutrients absorbed in the body much easier than pills since they're capsules.
Great multivitamin, my mid-day sleepiness is gone and I no longer feel so sluggish. As other reviews mention, there is a fishy taste from burps but this can be solved by not taking these on a empty stomach.
