Works great. I don't mind the taste. It's somewhere between a little sweet and tart. I suggest drinking as much water as you possibly can before and after, it helps with the cramping and the contracting pains. It states to drink 8 oz of the medicine, but it comes in a 10 oz bottle, so I drank the entire thing. Did exactly what it was supposed to do. Great price.
This was my first time trying magnesium citrate, so I only drank half of the bottle. About 3–4 hours later, it worked exactly as expected and helped me go to the bathroom without any stomach pain or cramping. The flavor was better than I expected. It’s a little sweeter than I personally prefer, but it doesn’t taste bad at all. The lemon gives it a fresh, pleasant flavor that makes it easy to drink. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy it again if I need it.
It was mad helpful, felt like my stomach cleared up frfr, nd for whatever reason it helped my period come on, when I was having stomach cramps and whatnot, so I’m not complaining. I absolutely love the taste! It’s sour and that’s my favorite kind of taste! I haven’t had to use it again but I may use it whenever, since it’s so easy to use and continues to work for me. You don’t have to constantly take it to see effects just a couple sips and that’s it
This is a product l use to clean my system . It has no cramping effects it’s very mild l refrigerate it before l drink it. The lemon flavor tastes good.
Used this for colonoscopy prep and it was painfully sweet. But, along with all the other goodies, it did the job well and worked fast. It was the best price I found on here per ounce at the time so I expected it to be pretty gross. I took the advice of someone else who had reviewed and chilled it before I drank it which I feel helped. Good luck!
