I've been using this power bank for 2 years, often at the max 65w output to run my laptop. It achieved it's capacity and charging rate specs consistently, with stable voltage and wattage all the way down to 0%.It recently started showing its age however, and would only charge to 81% (or sometimes 37%, inexplicably). It did still charge devices at 65w (picture attached is it charging a jump starter at 66w, even in this degraded state). I contacted Iniu, and after a few quick troubleshooting questions, they offered a replacement under the 3 year warranty. I've never had an easier time making a warranty claim with a company. What a breath of fresh air to know that a warranty actually means something.
